I am using smartlist builder to sort out inventory items. When I link Item Master and Item Vendor Master I get good results, but if I add Item Quantity Master (in order to get the quantity on hand), I get double entries in the smartlist. Each inventory item has two exact rows instead of one. Any help would be appreciated. I even get double entries for items that I only have one vendor for.

Based on the above, I assume that you only have one site id. What I think you are seeing is that there is a row reflecting inventory qty at one site and then another for overall. If you had 2 sites, you would have 3 rows.
I don't remember if site id is available as a column, but see if you can add it. Then you could filer for either the one site or for the null site.
