Hi,

May I ask what does Foreign trade implies in Navision 2018?

What is it used for?

I see that in this box, there is a field called "Transport Method". What is the difference between "Transport method" and "Shipment method" which I saw in Invoice Details?

Foreign trade fast tab has fields relating to intrastat reporting or your local authority equivalent. Effectively if you have to report how much you have shipped or received in a period. Will capture details on the origin of the goods, weights etc. Detail is then submitted to the local authority.

Shipment method is outside of this and should describe the methods you want logistics to arrange
