I am an end user but i would like to get deep into implementation i have a basic idea but not deep knowledge .
In our organization only few departments use the MS dynamics 365 .so we do have have approval issues
I always request for invoice approval through emails ( by attaching all the related documents and send the user to verify ) .
If you could provide a solution for below requirement that will be a great help.
I want to generate an email while registering an invoice ( means when i post a invoice to invoice pool from invoice register )
An email requesting the end user to confirm the service and get approval from the director through outlook
Email should have all the attachment i attached in the invoice register portal .
Is this a doable requirement ?
