Hi All,
are there any tools from Microsoft or from 3rd party available to migrate from SalesForce to D365? Please provide any reference of blog/whitepaper on end to end migration process.

How you want to migrate there are couples of ways you can do that.
1. SSIS Job using Kingway soft Connector .

2. Using Power Automate: Create A Schedule flow an use Sales Force connector to connect crm and perform your operation.
According to my experience you can use SSIS and Kingway , you will have full control over data transformation using C#.
