Dynamics 365 Mobile App Opening A Entity Form From A Web App.

I have a entity that has a web resource on a form. The Web resource loads a Bing map and plots addresses on it loading from a child entity. On the pin points on the map I have some information and also a couple of links, One of the links is to an Account record and the other to a custom entity. On the web there is no problem but in the Mobile App these limks open in a web browser and not natively in the mobile app. This has 2 major issues associated with it.

1. This wont work offline in the mobile app.

2. There is no way to go back to the mobile app interface from the web view with out closing the app and going back in.

Is there a way to form the link so that it loads in the mobile app interface?

Hi,

I imagine it should work by generating the url with a schema associated with the mobile application. Can you try with the ms-dynamicsxrm:// schema? See www.inogic.com/.../

Note that this url will only work on the mobile application.

When you click the link the mobile app open but goes to a blank screen.

Am I doing something wrong here?

This documentation also list all the url schemas:

ms-dynamicsxrm -> Dynamics 365 for phones
ms-apps-fs -> Field Service
ms-apps -> Power Apps
ms-mobile-apps -> wrapped native mobile apps
