I would like to add a description below a field. Is that possible on a Model app form? I provided a screenshot with an example. Thanks.

Hello,

The only supported way is to develop a PCF control and I'm not aware of any unsupported scenarios.

Hi,

You can make use of Description property on field Editor to show Tooltip on your field but showing label as highlighted in your post is not possible OOB.
