Team,

I have recently subscribed for MS Dynamics CRM Trial version which provides 24 Professional User Licenses for free for a month. Is there any other trial version where I can test the Basic User license?

I would actually like to test the CRM activities covered under each license, is there any that you could suggest for this ?

Hello Bansri

In Settings, Administration, Users, Select the user, and then at the bottom of the users settings there is a tab called "Administration" Click to expand the tab and you will see:

Try changing the License Type to whatever you'd like to test.

Licences cover what you legally do with the software. Changing a user from Pro to Basic licence makes no difference at all. The platform does not enforce the rights, you need to put in place mechanisms (such as Security Roles) to enforce the limitations of the licences.
