USD Package Deployer unable to connect with Dynamics 365 (Online)

Hi,

I am not getting any error while trying to login with USD Package Deployer to an online trial version of Dynamics 365. Also, I am not able to login either. After providing the credentials and hitting login, the same login screen re-appears and nothing happens. Any suggestions... what could be the possible reason?

    Hi Needhi,

    This issue is quite popular for deploying USD Package. Just do exactly the followings to overcome this issue:

    1. Download exact USD Package version which is available for Dynamics CRM Environment. We usually use USD Package v2.2 for the Dynamics ver 8.2 and USD Package v3.2.0 for the Dynamics ver 9.0 (Online)

    2. Check your internet proxy. It may cause the problem for connection.

    Worked for me. In the path, there should be one more backslash before ".NET*"

    I entered the registry key on .netframework earlier and not the v4.0.3.x.x.x

    I updated it and it worked.

    Alexandru Dan's solution worked for me.

    One typo I would correct - there should be a \ after SOFTWARE\Microsoft

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework\v4.0.30319]

    and similarly

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\.NETFramework\v4.0.30319]

    Visit these keys in the registry editor, right click in the right pane, click on 'New >', add dword key as Alexandru mentioned.

    For .net 4.5 and below, strong crypto is disabled by default and only SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 will be used for secure connections. By setting these reg-keys TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 will be used.

    This is issue with the USD Package deployer  old version. I faced issue and later i down loaded the version Dynamics365-USD-3.1.0.882-PackageDeployer and its working as expected.

    Open regedit and add following keys, then reopen the Package Deployer.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft.NETFramework\v4.0.30319] "SchUseStrongCrypto"=dword:00000001

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft.NETFramework\v4.0.30319] "SchUseStrongCrypto"=dword:00000001

    Hi,

    I'm having the same problem. The Package Deployer seems unable to connect to my organization (D365CE cloud), but there is no error message.

    I believe it's not a problem of the USD version, as it happens with any deployment I've tried (for example, PSA demo data).

    It worked few days ago (last month).

    Any help? Any answer?

    or download the latest USD version 3.1 which supports TLS 1.2.
