Dynamics CRM 2011 - Leads and Accounts that have not been contacted

Posted on by

I'm trying to put together one list of leads and accounts that have not been contacted, so far I have two Advanced Finds, one for Leads and one for Accounts

The leads one is fine, but the account one is pulling in accounts that may not have activities but have moved forward in the sales process.

The issues I have is I'd like to combine the two (leads and accounts) into one report.

Also Id need to remove accounts that have an opportunity created under them, I've tried using Opportunities Potential Customer, Created On, Does Not Contain Data, and that wont work.

I'd also like a way that when I create an activity under them, they are no longer in the report.

What i'm really trying to do is build a dashboard of a call queue, that I can just run through to hit new prospects, I will say I find it kind of frustrating that this doesn't just exist, seems like it would be a basic need.

    Hi Pana,

I don't think you can display Leads & Account both in the same list/ view. You can however display the count fo leads & accounts in the same chart and then you can use that chart in the dashbord.

Regarding the data you are looking for i.e. lead with no activities and account with no activities & opportunitites, you need to build the fetch xml for that.

You can refer the below which display user wise  count of entities and update it as per your needs.

    Hope this helps.
