Hello,

When i search for 1234 AB (with space) and in the database the field is filled with 1234AB (without space) then i don't find this record.

How can i change CRM that if i type 1234 AB that 1234AB is found.

Hello,

The only way I see is to develop a plugin that will handle RetrieveMultiple request, walk through query options and remove spaces.

The only thing I can think of is usage of * instead of space like 1234*AB in your case. You will have to train CRM users to use that approach.
