    Hi Samir,

    Thank you for your query.

Microsoft offers comprehensive solutions for Finance, Operations, Retail, Omni Channel & Customer Engagement. These systems are capable of handling in various domains and Retail is no exception. A number of restaurants are utilizing one or more Dynamics 365 components for their day-to-day operations, reporting and analytics. Apart from these systems, Microsoft Power Platform provides no coding solutions to automate various workflow for your business.

Here is a brief on above mentioned solutions:

    1. Finance & Operations: Dynamics 365 F&O, this is an industry leading ERP offering from Microsoft, you can know more about it here.
    2. POS:  Dynamics 365 Commerce, this offering covers POS and Omni-channel capabilities. Read more here.
    3. Customer Service: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) is an excellent CRM solution that provides Sales, Services (Customer Care) and Marketing tools. Here you can read about it.

You can watch following video to get a flavor of D365:

Thanks for your reply. I'm the author of this question and I can't login with original account.

Appreciate your advise. Can I implement any module by myself, moreover,  what's the cost effective mode for our case.

    Hi

You are of course able to implement these yourself. However you may wish to consider working with a partner with appropriate experience, to be able to produce the best solution.

In terms of being 'cost effective', you'll need to consider the different capabilities/licensing requirements. There is no 'one answer for all' when it comes to that.

    Hi Samir,

As The CRM Ninja said, you can of course do it yourself.

But it is best to seek guidance and use the expertise of a partner. It definitely reduces time and cost.

You can find a partner here:

    https://dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us/partners/find-a-partner/

I would also suggest you get a flavor of Dynamics 365 by taking guided tours available here:

    Finance: https://dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us/guidedtour/#/selectedLocale/en-us/scenarios/Finance/tasks/0/steps/0

    CRM (Sales): https://dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us/guidedtour/#/selectedLocale/en-us/scenarios/Intelligent-Sales-%26-Marketing/tasks/0/steps/0

    Customer Service: https://dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us/guidedtour/#/selectedLocale/en-us/scenarios/Proactive-Customer-Service/tasks/0/steps/0

    POS (Storefront demo): https://dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us/commerce/demo/

Also, you can get a free 30-day trial:

    https://trials.dynamics.com/

To summarize, I would encourage you to self explore these solutions, get an understanding of each component. However, it is best to utilize the experience of a partner to get best out of these systems.

    Good Luck!

    Best,

    Wahaj
