Dear. Good Day.

I have some inquiries . We are a start-up restaurant looking to have Dynamic 365 with focus our relation with customers.

What's suitable solutions that helps us for both operation & customer services?
There's any module support the POS ' Point of sale'.
What's the cost-effective subscription for our case?

I suggest that you can consider D365 Retail POS solution for point of sale with Retail module @ H@. CE customer service

Hi

You are of course able to implement these yourself. However you may wish to consider working with a partner with appropriate experience, to be able to produce the best solution.

In terms of being 'cost effective', you'll need to consider the different capabilities/licensing requirements. There is no 'one answer for all' when it comes to that.
