    Hi Rodi

Check that problematic item has been allocated for any other buckets through Inventory Items Screen  -> Quantities tab

If all the buckets were fine and still u have the issues with Quantity available then run the Item Inventory -> IN Integrity Check (10.990.00).

The other way to resolve this issue using the free Item reconcile tool in the PSTL (Professional Services Tools Library)

For more information about PSTL refer the following link

    Thanks & Regards

    Hi RODI,

Might be the particular item allocated for another demand. Integrity check for the particular item is the last option to resolve this issue.
