Exchange resync emails

Hello there,

I'have successfully syncronized exchange with a maibox for incoming messages.

However, i didn't have crm plugins enabled, so i need to remove all the emails from crm and resync all over again.

The problem is that no emails are being created in CRM.

What do i have to change in CRM or Exchange to make the emails inside the Exchange Server to be reinserted in CRM?

    Hi,

you need to set back the treshold date in the SystemState.XML file. Whenever the email router loads mails he sets this tresholds.

Emails before that date are not being loaded.

The file is usually located at C:\Program Files\Microsoft CRM Email\Service\Microsoft.Crm.Tools.EmailAgent.SystemState.XML

You need to open it as admin and probably a restart of the email router service is necessary.

    I'm not using email router.

I'm using Exchange Server with server side sync.

I've consulted the suggested file (Email\Service\Microsoft.Crm.Tools.EmailAgent.SystemState.XML)  and it's empty.

OK sorry, I thought you are using email router, since this is one of the tags of your post.

With server side sync I have no experience yet.
