I have more than one client running into the same problem. On a sales order, when they choose Ship-to: 'Custom Address' under the Shipping and Billing tab, there is no phone number. This number is what is needed for courier shipments if they need to call for some reason. Although the contact field is long enough to put a name and phone number, people keep protesting about this and expect a separate field for it. When it is not a custom address then it is not a problem. When a custom address, becomes a problem.
