May I ask what is the difference between a Pro Forma and a Sales Quotation in Navision 2018?

Pro-Forma Invoice is used for Custom and International Shipments that require an Invoice to print prior to the actual Post Shipment. Sales Quote looked like a Sales Order except that it is a Quote for a pending Order a customer might give you. They would provide a purchase order to place the order and you can Convert the Sales Quote to Sales Order. Sales Quote can have an expiration date.
