Accidentally deleted the records and now cannot update the records any more. Is there a way to restore the old records?

I think there is no way to directly recover the record, if audit was enabled for that entity, you can find the data values for the record when it was deleted and recreate the record manually.
Here are some tools to restore deleted records, but I haven't tried them and I'm not sure if they really work.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I am not interested in the deleted data itself but without any resource (record), I could not update the records. Not sure if there is another way to import the new forecast.
