Acceso a pedidos en función de rol o de usuario

Buenas,

Me gustaría saber si es posible que en función de usuario o de rol, pudiera definir a qué pedidos de compras pueden tener acceso los usuarios. Es decir, tenemos 3 departamentos de compra, en función de la tipología de producto y lo interesante sería que cada departamento accediera únicamente a sus pedidos. Principalmente porque uno de ellos es confidencial.

Hello,

Yes, that's possible. You can achieve that in different ways, it really depends on your structure.

As example, if each department is a Dynamics 365 "Business Unit", you can configure the Security Roles rights as "Business Unit". Then, the users from each "Business Units" will see only their own records (owned by users from that "Business Unit").
