Good morning all,
We are receiving the above error message when using getaddress.io to lookup a specific postcode. I have contacted getaddress support who say that they cannot help as the error message is not generated from their API. It only seems to occur with this one postcode, and when we click on "lookup address from postcode" so I do find it strange that the error is not related to getaddress.io.
I have checked the Service Connection, and tested other postcodes and all seems to be working correctly.
Has anyone experienced this same issue, and if so what did you do to overcome it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
