Hi:

For purchase order approval notifications, where do "notes" (not e-mails) show up?

I haven’t seen how they come into use. This blog shows how to have them on the role centre. This was the NAV way of them being used chrisdsilvablog.wordpress.com/.../

If they do not ordinarily appear on the Role Center, do you know where else in Business Central they normally appear?

The role centre has a cue tile for approvals. I assume this is the updated version of the feature.
