My company has is looking to start using CRM 2015 soon. Right now, we're searching for resources to help train several developers in extending and developing for the platform. Does anyone have suggestions for books, courses (online and in-person), or other resources that you've found useful?

Thanks!

The book "Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Unleashed" by Marc Wolenik is really good, it is a beast of a book with over 1000 pages. This would be recommended reading for your team.
