To make Job Queue to keep the schedule for running

Hi,

We experiencing issues with Job Queue keeping its schedule in Business Central on-line.

The scheduled minutes between runs is 1 (or two minutes), but the BS is running it with time interval of 5, 10 and up to 30 munities (it depends on each run).

As this Job Queues are for integration between BS and MS Dynamics CRM  - for customer and orders, this is almost "killing" the whole idea of integration and totally frustrates the customer (the customer request the integration for customer and orders to be run on no more than 1 or 2 minutes)

The issue is not connected with status "On Hold with Inactivity Timeout", we had already checked this.

It is not also due to other running Job Queues, as there more than minutes with no other Job Queues and nevertheless the needed job is not performed.

It is also strange, that when the respective Job Queue runs, it takes less than a second and for the the filed "Earliest Start Date/Time" is populated correctly. But it is not respect. So we can't even see when the relevant Job Queue is going to run really next time. We can just wait and in 5-10 minutes or so, it runs...

Please advise.

Thanks.

    Hello,

If this is happening in the SaaS release of MSDyn365BC, I suggest you do raise a support ticket via your CSP / partner to Microsoft support.

    Thanks.
