I have a client that is asking how they activate CRM licenses already listed as “additional” under their EAS, when they are acquired mid-year and not to be trued up until next June.
Once the licenses are on their agreement, they should be able to add users within CRM, correct? They should be able to see what their license count is in VLSC, right?

Your client should be able to add new users, once they have purchased licenses for CRM. I will recommend here to connect with Billing team to get this issue addressed.
