Purchasing invoice PO number field

Hello,

The customer currently enters Purchasing Invoices without using the PO module entries. It is direct Expense invoice.

Is there a field on the Purchasing Invoice where users can store the PO number? Also, is there an invoice description field on the header of the invoice?

    Oleg,

    I would consider to use fields you are not using, but can report against and see. The Purchase Invoice you might consider using Payment Reference (Text field), if not being used. If this is a critical request, using the Purchase Order is a better solution and the Order No. field on the Posted Document will display the PO Number (Original).
