Wondering if this is possible and if so, how? I'm running into an issue building this flow and hoping to get some guidance.
Business Need:
Our users need to send a Forms Pro survey to leads in D365
I've built a Flow in Power Automate so that when a lead is selected in D365 for Sales a user could send a Forms Pro survey invitation via email in a template. The issue is that we have two users who will require a different email template that everyone else. Is is possible to insert a condition in the Flow that would check the owner or user (either would work) and then is "YES" I'd have one specific email template go out and if the condition is "NO" the other template would go out.
Wondering if the condition could check if the owner or user is the two specific users in question so that the "YES" email would go out and if "NO" (Every other user) the other email would go out.
I'd like to keep it restricted to only one Flow, but if I can't do the scenario above I'll just create a separate Flow for those two users. Trying to cut down on the amount of Flows. :)
