CPOS Disassemble kits function

Hello experts,

I'm testing Kits functions for retails. I tried to use "Disassemble kits" function on CPOS

Enter "Add to sales" quantity and Click Disassemble

I can make the sales for this product, but when i check inventory transaction for this item and kit item, there is no new transaction is created for this item and Kit item.

Can someone help to explain?

    Hello ThuNgo,

    the kit disassebling function requires the option "Disassemble at register" is active in the kit configuration and, if you have in the item model group not allowed negative inventory, the kit to disasseble has on hand quanity.

    In my enviroment I verified that the Kit order for disassembling the kit has been created when I calculated the statement. Cosider that n my enviroment the Retail statements - Trickle feed is not enabled.

    You mean POS operation: Disassemble at register? I tried to find but cannot.

    My environment has Retail statements - Trickle feed feature enable.

    I dont now if it is because of that,

    Hi Thu, I believe RobertoA was referring to the 'Disassemble at register' option in the kit configuration in his answer.
    You can find it here:
    Retail and Commerce > Product kits > Product > Configure

    If you are referring to Inventory transactions, make sure that you have calculated and posted the retail statement for the day. The disassemble kit works on offline mode as well which means disassembly at the inventory level is not performed in real time.
