Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise and Chat Add-in

Hello,

I am using D365 Business Central. Purchased 2 licenses - 1) Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise and 2) Chat Add-in. 

Can some one tell me what is the use of this? How to integrate this with D365 Business Central? Where I can see this Customer service hub or admin center? What is the procedure to use this functionality?
