Field does not appear in personalization for user

The Accounting group VAT Prod. field does not appear in the product file and does not appear in the customization options for specific users. At some point all users could see and use it.

No the field no apear in the page for specific users.

Hello,

If the page is not standard, ask your partner or CSP to verify it why it don't show up for specific user. It could be that some users work in a different role center?
