We've recently set up Delegate tracking on the Dynamics 365 for Outlook App, but whilst it is working for some, it is not for others.
For those who it doesn't work for, the delegate can see the Dynamics 365 button on the appointments, but it is greyed out and cannot be selected.
I've compare the Dynamics user profile against another user who can track as a delegate and both have exactly the same settings and security roles.
I've tried redeploying the app for the affected users for both the delegate and the original owner, but nothing has changed.
Any ideas what could be causing it?
