Not able to synch. license change in BC Cloud

I have tried now for days to synch some users which had license change in Admin into BC (users process updated users  from microsoft 365).
It see the change to users license plan during this process but in the end it do not get updated.

    Hi, have you run Update users from Microsoft already? 
    If it still doesn't work, it is recommended to contact Microsoft support.

    In addition, I am a little curious, what did you modify the license content? Essential/Premium ->Team Member?
