Can’t add Dynamics DLLs to class library project for building new transportation management engine

I am following create-new-transportation-management-engine.
I have added all the DLLs as mentioned in this article to my class library project (.NET Framework 4.7.2).
However, when I am using these references in my class and compile my project, I get below error.
error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'Dynamics' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
Any help in this regard?

    Can you share the complete warning messages, please? They talk about some dependencies, but the screenshot doesn't show all the details.

    warning MSB3275: The primary reference "Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Tms.Base" could not be resolved because it has an indirect dependency on the assembly "Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Framework.Utilities, Version=7.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35" which was built against the ".NETFramework,Version=v4.8"

    So the problem was that the referenced DLLs were from higher versions than my project version.
    I was ignoring the warning as the version of the DLLs in the decomplier showed v4.0. 
    Martin pointed to to root cause.
