Asset management demo data and business processes

Hi all,

Does anyone know if Microsoft are planning to provide Contoso data for the Asset management  module?  Are they also planning to add standard business processes to the APQC corporate library?

    Thanks for your response Rahul,

    Unfortunately this is not what I was looking for.  I am already familiar with the concepts and flow of the Asset management module.  

    My task is to create flow diagrams to embed in an ISV module of D365 alongside a standardised dataset, hence I was asking if anyone knows if Microsoft are planning to provide this.

    With regard to demo data on a Contoso environment, please note that current demo data is available under USMF company.

    Please, confirm whether this is what you were looking for.

    There is no Contoso demo data available for the asset management module in USMF that I am aware of.  Can you clarify?

    Hi Toby,

    On application release 10.0.10, for example, we can see pre-defined assets and rest of setup under USMF company.

    I'm not sure why I can't see this on my environment - I will investigate.

    The second part of my question was: when will asset management processes be added to the APQC corporate library?

    Hi Gabriel,

    Thanks for your reply again.  I found an article explaining how to set up demo data for the Asset Management module, to access the data wizard you have to use this URL: myenvironnement.cloudax.dynamics.com/cmp=USMF&mi=EntAssetDataWizard.

    Replace "myenvironment" with the environment address and USMF with whichever company you want to use.
