Unable to Set a workflow in CRM Online

Hi,
I have just created a new instance (Trial account) i can't found process center area.
PS: i'm the system admin.

    Can you please be more specific about version of CRM and web-browser which you are using?

    Are you getting something like this-

    Yes i get the same configuration.

    I'm using Chrome as browser and my CRM's version is 9.0

    you need to promote your user to admin.

    you should promote yourself to admin as proposed by Francesco and then you will see this navigation:

    I tried with other browser with private mode, but the same thing.

    It need sometime to work after you promoted to admin. I faced exactly the issue last month.

    Some points you should check:

    1. As suggested by Francesco - promote yourself to admin.

    2. Have you installed Organization Insights Solution in your trial ?

    Hi happyman,

    Your version would be organization Insights is 1.3.1.0, it is a BUG in this updated version of Organization Insights solution which is being reported to Microsoft.

    Due to this BUG you won't be able to add date in TO and FROM field on OrgInsights Dashboard as well. If this solution is not of high importance, delete it and refresh the page. Then Process Center will be visible.

    I hope this helps, waiting for an update of OrgInsights solution is the only option.

    If you come up with some workarounds, please share.
