Importing Solution Mapping not found

Hi there,

I'm trying to import the solution from my dev to prod site and then this error occurred:

"EntityMap product -> quotedetail - Import: FAILURE. This entity map does not exist on the target system."

I've tried "Add required components" for both Product and Quote Line entity but still not working.

And then I noticed that in product->quote line relationship in target site, the Mappings tab is not present

While in source/dev site got the tab:

Can you help me how to solve this?

    Hi Aidel,

    You should open a service request with Microsoft.

    You can also try to open the customizations file and remove the entity map, similar to:

    <EntityMap>
    <EntitySource>product</EntitySource>
    <EntityTarget>quotedetail</EntityTarget>
    <AttributeMaps>
    <AttributeMap>
    <AttributeSource>-----</AttributeSource>
    <AttributeTarget>-----</AttributeTarget>
    </AttributeMap>
    </AttributeMaps>
    </EntityMap>

    this will probably work for now if urgent but you should open a service request.
