physical inventory record

When i trying to import the Physical inventory record i am receiving the below error message 

Any one know the correct file format for this

    How are you doing this import?

    Using a configuration package  or an XML port that is customized?

    If the last one is the case you need to check the format that your xml port expects to get.

    Hi Bruvik,

    I was trying to use txt format and the sample data upload is as follows

    "PHIO-000005","1","10000","10","WIN","","ABi Black-10","","UNIT","1"

    "PHIO-000005","1","20000","11","WIN","","ABi Black-11","","UNIT","0"

    "PHIO-000005","1","30000","13","WIN","","ABi Black-13","","UNIT","0"

    "PHIO-000005","1","40000","6","WIN","","ABi Black-6","","UNIT","0"

    This is a exact format I downloaded under "Recording" from Import a list of counted inventory items from a file "

    Hi,

    The CSV needs 4 more fields to import in Phys. Inventory Recording page.
    I added 4 fields manually like below, and I could import the csv file.

    Ex)
    "PHIO00001","3","20000","1900-S","","EAST","","PARIS Guest Chair, black","","PCS",""
      ↓ Added 4 fields
    "PHIO00001","3","20000","1900-S","","EAST","","PARIS Guest Chair, black","","PCS","","2","","2021/4/30",""

    I am not sure why Microsoft docs does not explain this import functionality.
