Errors on Install and Running Report Designer in FRX 6.7

One of my FRX 6.7 users got a new PC and I installed SBF 9 which is working correctly and when installing FRX 6.7 I received an error about the document image printer or something to that effect.

FRX install completed, then I ran SP9, on which I received an error daddport monitor error 126, click "OK" SP9 completed. I then ran SP10 and it completed.

When opening report designer, I receive OSFI Server error which is attached. It never prompts the user for their login credentials either. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but get the same errors. The OS is Win 7 Enterprise 32 bit. I even tried installing to C:\FRX thinking the program files location wouldn't allow file copies to that directory. Any thoughts? FRX 6.7 is working on the old PC which is the same OS. One other note, when I choose Admin option to view OFSI settings, I get a runtime error 5, invalid procedure call or arguement.

    Try these - works for me.

    1) Install the  SQL Server Native Client  (sqlncli.msi - 32 or 64 bit)

    2) Install Frx to a new directory say c:\FRXnew, c:\FRXnew\sysdata, c:\frxnew\io_data

        If you are connecting to a an existing sys data directory, then the frx version of the already existing sys data directory should match with current installation.

    3) Migrate your odbc entries from old pc to new pc

    4) Launch designer and exit

    5) Open c:\frxnew\frx32.cfg update correct sys data and io data path

    6) Delete  frxconfig.xml, should be in user profile -local settings- application data - frx software - frx 6.7

    7) Run the c:\frxnew\frxreg67.bat

    Sanjay, thanks for your reply and the suggestions you gave me. Your post led me to the fix which was:

    After installing SP9 and SP10, I then installed the hotfix for SP10 (R10670_HF1) which corrected the OFSI error above.
