"You must be viewing by Functional or Originating currency to print a document."

I'm using GP 2013 and am in the "Sales-Inquiry-Transaction by Document" window and am confronted with the "You must be viewing by Functional or Originating currency to print a document" message when trying to print an invoice. My "View" functionality is grayed out (please see attached image). My print functionality is fine through any other window.

I believe I must have inadvertently changed my "View" setting, but am not sure how. How can I get back to the proper setting so I can print?

    Hello Chowell427,

    I think 'Multi currency Management' module is disabled in Tools >> Setup >> System >> Registration. Once you enable it, I think you should be able to see the 'View' functionality.

    Naga is correct.

    You need to register the Multicurrency Management in system registration window. After registering this, you can see the View button as enabled.
