RMS HQ upload problems - troubleshooting looking to hire someone

About a month ago one of our stores (now all stores) ran into an error while uploading data to HQ.

'Not completed due to error encountered during processing

With RMS support gone, I reached out to the company we purchased RMS through over the years, they tried to troubleshoot, with no luck.

I'm getting errors

<<ExecurteCommand>> Error -214217900: Invalid column name 'LastUPdateMysql' and

An error occurred while uploading new global customer records to HQ database.

No new customers are making it to HQ and now stores are ending up with duplicate Account numbers -

'A Global Customer with the same Account Number 0000444 already exists. Failed to upload this Local Customer.'

'An error occurred while uploading transaction data to HQ database'

Anyone have a company to recommend to hire to troubleshoot and resolve these issues?

RMS has been a rock and hate to leave it behind.
