Hello,

In first I would like to apologize to my English. I'll try to do write correctly

I have an issue to show the total tax in the word template. I created a business rule for a quote entity to calculate automatically me VAT 20%. It works fine like you in the following screenshoot

When create a word template I don't have the total tax information

Thanks to help me

screenshot is not visible, however ...

1) are you sure the value have been saved?

2) have you referenced this value in template?

The value has been saved yes

About my template I choose the value totaltax in quote XML mapping

Hi Fabs6076 ,

im pretty sure your value is calculated realtime, but not saved.

Please check throught advanced search if totaltax is valued.

Thanks Francesco I think you probably reason

because when I run this search I don't have any result

And if I change be equal 0 I see my Quotes. So do you have a solution to fix my total tax calculate from the business rule?

Hi Fabs6076,

try the following:

1) Change Business Rule scope to Entity (then save and test)

If doesnt work

2) Move your logic to Plugin o Custom Workflow

Hi Fabs,

im glad you solved it.

About the second solutions you could recalculate tax throught plugin each time total amount change, however it is required to write a plugin.

The first solution is the fastest and im happy you solved with it.
