CRM 365 Only first IF statement working, business rule not firing

Hi,

I've made a business rule in our CRM to populate 'calculated probability' field based on current sales process stage.

The first IF statement works just fine, and calc. prob. field get updated to '15'.

However, when the second condition is met (a ELSE IF) statement, the 'calculated probability' field is not getting updated to '20'.

See image for snapshot.

Any idea's for what i am doing wrong?
