    Hi Daves Conxy,

If you want to create multiple check box,  you can create n-n relationship and then use the subgrid to select  multiple records. Otherwise, you have to do some code, please check this link meghshyam.wordpress.com/.../multi-checkbox-control-in-crm-2013

    Hello,

You can create Two Options field (for each option) and display it as checkbox  on entity form.

    Hi,

Please refer this guide. You need to create two options field. Then you can convert it to checkbox within entity form.
