Dear Friends,

I am working Dynamic CRM for Mobile application. I need to hide + button in Sales dashboard for Opportunity entity. I have tried below steps. But not able to hide.

I) I have tried hide the button from sub grid of opportunity entity in Ribbon work bench, but still displaying in mobile.

2) I have tried display rule of "CommandClientTypeRule", but still visible in Mobile.

Kindly give me suggestion for hiding + button.

Kindly any body help me ... for this..

Hide Add New button from Main Page in Ribbon Workbench instead of hiding Add New on Subgrid.

I need to remove the "+" button the sub grid of dashboard. Kindly help me.

If I am hide the button ,working in Web. but not in mobile.

Still it is visible in Mobile.

To Hide Add New button in Dynamics CRM App Please check Read-only in Mobile on Entity.

If the problem still exists. Create a Solution, Add the entity, and export the solution.

Open Cutomization.xml and search for IsReadOnlyInMobileClient which is 0.

set it to 1 and rezip the solution and import again. Add new button will be removed.
