Hi ,

I want to lock/unlock address 1 fields on a account form for certain users(or a team).I know Field security does but since address fields are used by other forms I cant use Field level security. What are the other ways which we can do similar to field level security?

Thanks.

You could use 2 different forms and use security roles to control which users see which form.  You can then present the fields as read only on the form used by those who need them locked.

    Hi EKL,

You could create an onload event on your form and use setDisabled() method to lock/unlock the field based on the current user's team.
