Our Business Central is on SAAS 24.4.
Since the minor upgrade we had some difficulties in our production environment to Open the Item List in Excel using standard functionality.
The report runs for 30min + before creating the Excel File.
We made a copy of production with the latest version of BC to a Sandbox Environment. The Export was less than 5 seconds.
We Restarted Production but with no success,
All the apps are updated to the latest versions.
The Environment has enough storage capacity
We tried it after hours with only one user working on the Environment
Any advise to resolve this will be highly appreciated.
