Periodically (in other words, I can't duplicate) -- when we change the quantity of a line item on an order or we add a line item to an order the quantity alert icon will appear next to the quantity for the line.
The items are in stock and available, so I don't understand why this occurs. If the line item in question is the ONLY line item on the order, the pick ticket won't print, so the order does not move forward. If there are other line items on the order, the entire order will print on the pick and the alert icon is typically noticed at this point.
Anyone have any experience with this?
We're on GP9 and we use multibins.
