We have an internal CRM system but currently get the message below
If your setup is on Premise you could try below steps.
Check all the services ( SQL & MS Dynamics server ) is up and running
Check with another user account
check the event logs of Dyamics365 server
try to restart IIS
If possible try restart CRM Services.

If you are on-premise Dynamics 365 you can check Event viewer on Application server for more detail regarding this error,
