I am trying to create a Business Process Flow and integrating either Workflow Step or Flow Step. However, I cannot complete the business process flow because I am unable to select any of my created Workflow or Flow. Please find the screenshots below:

Created and Activated a Workflow Process (using the New Workflow wizard):

newworkflowprocess.PNG

It does not appear from the dropdown selection:

noworkflowprocesses.PNG

Also tried creating a Flow:

newflow.PNG

Also does not appear in the dropdown pane for Flow Step:

noflow.PNG

Am I missing something or doing something wrong?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

WF: It needs to be on-demand.

Flow: It needs to be in the same solution with the BPF

    Regards,

    Hi lancea,

    Agree with Erhan.

    1. You can trigger only on-demand workflow from workflow Composition in the BPF.

    Please refer to https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/friyanksblog/posts/calling-workflow-in-bpf

    2. Only solution-aware flows can be added as a step in a business process.

    Please refer to https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/preview-instant-flow-steps-in-business-process-flows/

You will only find those flows listed for selection that are included in the same solution as the current BPF that you are designing. Make sure to include the flow in the solution before you try this out.
