BUG - 2 Production environment with the same name but different country and version

In BC Admin Center I encountered a weid bug and I cannot get rid of it.
 
I copied a sandbox environment to a production environment named "PRODUCTION" (Country FR and version 24.4). While the copy was in progress, a new production environment named Production poped up. Country was PF and version was 25
 
When I tried to delete the production environment, only the Production is being softly deleted.
 
When I navigate to PRODUCTION (FR, 24.4) environment, I'm actually on a BC 25 version and not FR at all!
 
I go back to the admin portal only to see that the environment Production (PF, 25) reappeared in the list...

    What happens when you change the environment's name and delete again?

    I recommend submitting a support ticket to Microsoft.

    So only the Production (PF, 25) will change the name even I change the name of PRODUCTION
    when the name of Production changes (ie. FOO), PRODUCTION is not available (BC logo shows up and the loader spin forever) and as soon as I go back to the admin center, I will see 3 production environements 
    FOO (PF,25)
    Production (PF,25)
    PRODUCTION (FR,24.5)
     
    then I refresh the admin and FOO will "disappear" but will also appeared in the deleted environements
    After that, back to square 1.

    This is indeed very strange. I have tested the following behavior, but this problem does not occur.
    PS: Dynamics 365 Business Central: Can we exceed the number of production environments (Two production environments without purchasing additional environments)

    I also suggest submitting a SR to Microsoft to let them fix it.
