Dynamics CRM from Office 365 Outlook Add-in - issue with login

Hi,

I am trying out the MS Dynamics CRM Outlook Add-In and cannot get it work.

When I open a message I can see the Dynamics CRM option below the recipient address and subject, but when I click on it and authorize using my O365 credentials I got an error saying:

The reply address 'port.crm.dynamics.com/.../index.pl-pl.html|Win32|16.00|pl-PL' does not match the reply addresses configured for the application

This happens on Outlook 2016

When trying to do the same on Outlook 2013 I got another error message after authorization:

We're sorry
Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again, or restart the app. Error code: Error_Message_0x0

Any ideas how can I overcome this?

    Hello Michal,

    Greetings,

    I understand that you are trying to configure the CRM client for Outlook and during configuration process you are receiving the error message as "The reply address 'port.crm.dynamics.com/.../index.pl-pl.html|Win32|16.00|pl-PL' does not match the reply addresses configured for the application"

    I see that you have tried to configure the CRM application using Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2016.

    To look through some more information and provide you with certain action items.

    Would like to collect the following information.

    1)The version of the CRM server with the UR ?

    2)Do you receive the same error message while trying to configure the Outlook add in on different machines as well?

    3)Are there other user in your organization who are able to configure the Outlook add in without error message?

    Looking at the error message

    4)Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again, or restart the app. Error code: Error_Message_0x0

    Wanted to know if Are you trying to Configure the Outlook app for CRM?

    If you are then I would request you to have a look at the below link and check if all the pre requisites have been met before configuration process can start.

    Can you guide me how to check it? This is Office 365 version of the CRM online.

    I have checked the Office 365  Admin Center - Service Settings - Dynamics CRM - Current version - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2015 Update 1 (May 2015)

    I have tried only on two computers (that's all I have right now) and the result is similar on both (cannot use it in Outlook). Also I cannot use it on OWA.

    No - I got only one license due to the MPN.

    I have enabled the Dymamics CRM in the Office 365 OWA - Options - General - Manage Add-ins - Dynamics CRM. I think I got through all prerequisites regarding using the CRM with my mailbox but maybe I am wrong.
