Hi,
I am trying out the MS Dynamics CRM Outlook Add-In and cannot get it work.
When I open a message I can see the Dynamics CRM option below the recipient address and subject, but when I click on it and authorize using my O365 credentials I got an error saying:
The reply address 'port.crm.dynamics.com/.../index.pl-pl.html|Win32|16.00|pl-PL' does not match the reply addresses configured for the application
This happens on Outlook 2016
When trying to do the same on Outlook 2013 I got another error message after authorization:
We're sorry
Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again, or restart the app. Error code: Error_Message_0x0
Any ideas how can I overcome this?
