Business Central <> D365 Sales - Integration

Hello

During integration Business Central with D365 Sales, I noticed, that there is no standard integration between Posted Sales Credit Memo (there is only integration for ordinary Posted Sales Invoices). Why is it designed this way? Maybe I don't understand something, but it seems illogical to me, because now in terms of some kinds of summary reports there is a discrepancy between these two systems.

Hence, my question is: Is it true that there is no standard functionality to integrate the Posted Sales Credit Memo, if yes, how can I solve the problem, only by integration extension? Maybe someone has read that Microsoft plans to extend this function in the future?

Greetings,

I have the same question (0)

Hi, Yes, I think you are right, as far as I know, currently the integration only includes Posted Sales Invoices.

Sales Invoice Header <> CRM Invoice

Sales Invoice Line <> CRM Invoicedetail

Customization may be required if needed, but unlike a typical master data table, this can be difficult.

As for future plans, the release plan of BC 2022 wave 2 (BC21) has not been released so far,

The only info is the roadmap that was posted on Directions NA last year, but unfortunately, it does not mention this content.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

It's a pity, it turns out I'll have to try to do it myself.

    Thanks for your confirmation.

    Hello,

Please remember that both systems can be integrated with each other, but in the core they are different (ERP versus CRM).

    Thank you.
