Set up a Dynamics 365 Sales connection in Business Central v16.5.15897.16082.

I have successfully setup Common Data Service connection in BC v16.5.15897.16082, I have premium license for BC and for for Dynamics CRM i have trial account. Now as the next step when I try to set up dynamics 365 sales connection I am getting the error in following screenshot. I am using non interactive user credentials to setup which has sales manager role in dynamics 365 sales.
How can i solve this issue?

    Hello,

    Probably permission error here.

    You need to use the same user with global admin rights in d365.

    Also if the CRM is a trial are you connecting sandbox to sandbox ?

    Hello,

    In latest BC a John Doe non interactive user is created. Are you using that account for the Sales Integration or a different new one?  The setup for CDS will create that non interactive user on your behalf.
